■ Empowered by your generous financial support and faithful prayers, we’ve been able to move forward—step by step, following the Lord’s leading—to lay the foundation for a disciple training ministry in the Washington DC area. Amid a national decline in the Christian population, this foundational work has required patience and perseverance. Still, the Lord has proven Himself faithful. We’re excited to share that one of the latest developments includes partnering with Metro Baltimore Seminary to help raise up local Christian leaders in this region. Another exciting milestone is the launch of the EAPTC Podcast, featuring dynamic monthly episodes on global discipleship. ■ On a personal note, after spending a year in Colorado during our furlough to help my parents, we’ve been continuing to care for Eunice’s elderly parents in Northern Virginia. We’re grateful for this opportunity to spend time with them after 27 years of serving overseas.
